New Arrival

I've been getting bad headaches lately. I was assuming they were sinus headaches but now I wonder if I'm dehydrated. I don't drink as much water as I should but I can't be going to the bathroom every five minutes at work! (And that's the unfortunate side effect of water.)

There's a newborn kitten mewling outside again. This time last year was when Mikey turned up. It's like a halfway house for cats here! And before it's assumed that Mikey is the father, Mikey actually is too young and also, when he finally matured sexually, he kept getting rejected for the far more strapping (but neutered) Hermes. So I really don't think this cat is his son/daughter. Actually, I know he needs to be neutered but I don't feel guilty about this turn of events because of my above reasoning. I am more preplexed than anything else because as I said, Mikey turned up here last year and he's definitely not Hermes' son so what is it about this place that attracts moms and their newborn kitties?

Anyway, it's needless to say I won't be keeping this one but if I did (it's a yellow and white tabby) I'd name her Sarah Michelle or Sugar. If he's a boy I don't even want him! I want a girl! If it's a boy I'll give him away for sure.
